Description

Revo ObXidian 500 nozzles are powered by E3D's ObXidian 500 technology, making them at least 5 times more wear resistant than the popular ObXidian range and rated for printing at up to 500°C. Compatible with all Revo HotEnds and coldsides, this long-lasting upgrade lets you achieve pristine prints with virtually any filament, over and over again.

Unlock printing with the toughest filaments

Most abrasive materials simply won't wear an ObXidian 500 nozzle. Upgrade so you can print with any filament you like (including UV-reactive and glow-in-the-dark filaments) without endless maintenance.

Long lifespan nozzles

ObXidian 500 technology significantly extends nozzle life by making the primary wear points on the nozzle several orders of magnitude more wear resistant than other steel nozzles on the market. Better for your pocket, and the planet.

Beautifully smooth and strong

The optimised thermal performance of these nozzles improves the interlayer adhesion of your prints. Think pristine filament finishes and stronger parts for functional applications.

No more sticky situations

The coating applied to the nozzle has a low surface energy to prevent filament build-up. This makes it easier to clean the nozzle between prints, and drastically reduces the likelihood of print crashes and cosmetic defects in your prints.

Effortless upgrade

Each Revo Nozzle is a preassembled nozzle and HeatBreak in one unit, so there's no hazardous hot tightening and no chance of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating HotEnd leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing!

Building a new Revo setup? These nozzles pair with any of our Revo coldsides, such as the Revo Six Coldside, together with a Revo Starter Hotside Pack.

Please note

  • While the nozzle itself is rated to 500°C, standard 40W and 60W Revo HeaterCores are temperature limited to 300°C. Printing up to 500°C requires E3D's Revo High Temperature hotside hardware.
  • Revo Nozzles are not compatible with V6-style HeaterBlocks.
  • ObXidian 500 nozzles are exceptionally wear resistant and significantly outperform other hardened nozzles, but some 'exotic' engineering filaments with aggressive fillers, including but not limited to Polymaker's Fiberon range, can still cause significant wear even on ObXidian 500 nozzles under extreme material conditions.
  • Some filled materials contain particles that are close to, if not larger than, some of the smaller industry-standard nozzle sizes, including up to 0.4mm. Attempting to print such materials through these nozzle sizes significantly increases the risk of a jam. Check your filament manufacturer's datasheet for the recommended minimum nozzle orifice diameter to ensure the nozzle you choose suits your use case.
