Refund policy

The short version: you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it for any reason, and faulty or incorrectly shipped items are always covered — we'll pay the return postage and make it right.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits those rights — the 30-day return window below is our voluntary policy on top of them.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@aus3d.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the item needs to come back to us, we'll send you a prepaid return label — return postage is on us. We'll then replace the item or refund you in full, including your original shipping.

Change-of-mind returns (30 days)

If you've simply changed your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@aus3d.com.au first — we'll confirm the return address and instructions. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service as the items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Once received and inspected, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method (original shipping charges aren't refunded for change-of-mind returns).

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap an item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want — that way the replacement ships without waiting for the return to arrive.

Refund processing

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically; banks and card providers can take a few business days to post them.
