Shipping policy

The short version: orders are dispatched from our warehouse in South Australia, usually within 1–2 business days. We ship with Australia Post, every parcel is tracked, and domestic shipping starts from $9.95. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay — just enter your address.

Dispatch and handling

We ship from Blakeview, South Australia. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or South Australian public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Shipping within Australia

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Shipping is priced by the weight and size of your order and your destination — so we don't publish a flat rate table. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address, before any payment details are needed.

As a guide:

  • Standard Post (tracked) — from $9.95, typically 2–5 business days after dispatch depending on destination
  • Express Post (tracked) — from $12.95, typically 1–2 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are carrier estimates from the date of dispatch, not guarantees. Regional and remote addresses can take a few days longer.

International shipping

We ship worldwide with Australia Post. International rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. All international parcels are tracked. As a guide, after dispatch:

  • Standard International — typically 10–21 business days depending on destination
  • Express International — typically 3–10 business days depending on destination

Customs processing can add time. Some bulky items — for example, aluminium extrusion — are excluded from international shipping, as they're prohibitively expensive to send outside Australia.

Duties and taxes: international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you're unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow your parcel on the Australia Post website or via our order tracking page.

Packaging

Most of our products are small and light. Orders are carefully packed and combined into one parcel wherever possible to keep your shipping cost down.

If something goes wrong

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're not able to recover parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll help where we can. If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us at support@aus3d.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
