There are three easy ways you can track the status of your order.
- When your order was first placed, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking link.
- Order tracking can be accessed when logged into your account. Click "My Account" > "My Orders" and you should see a list of all orders you have placed. Each order should include a link to a tracking page.
- You may track your order using only your email address and order number. Visit our tracking page and enter your details.
Yes, we do ship internationally! Simply enter your address during checkout for a quote on shipping costs.
We do exclude some bulkier items - for example, our aluminium extrusion - from international shipping, as it can be very expensive to ship outside of Australia.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within one business day.
