Description
The Revo HeaterCore is a heating and sensing architecture for E3D's RapidChange Revo ecosystem. It combines a powerful heater and temperature probe into a convenient, compact package.
The HeaterCore secures onto a Revo-compatible cold side using a Revo HeaterCore spring (included). After it's attached, just screw in a Revo Nozzle, and you're ready for simple, tool-free nozzle swaps that don't need hot tightening.
Heats up much faster than a typical heater block. It's designed to be much safer, too – a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) means power reduces as it gets hotter, reducing hazards in the event of a thermal runaway.
Compatible with many popular 3D printers such as Creality CR series and Ender series, Prusa, Anet, Biqu, Monoprice, and many more.

Choosing the right model
Match the voltage to your printer's power supply, and the thermistor to your firmware:
- 104NT (E3D) — E3D's standard thermistor. The right choice for most printers and control boards where you can set the sensor type in firmware (thermistor #5 in Marlin).
- 100K (Creality) — matches the sensor that stock Creality firmware expects (thermistor #1 in Marlin), so it works on Creality machines without any firmware changes.
- 100K (Creality Sprite) — the Creality 100K HeaterCore made for Sprite extruders; pair it with the Revo Sprite coldside.
The 60W model provides extra heating power for high-flow and high-speed printing — the natural partner for Revo High Flow nozzles. For everyday printing at standard speeds, 40W is plenty.
Please note: This product is available in 12V or 24V, in 40W or 60W (24V only), and with E3D 104NT or Creality 100K thermistors. Please check your 3D printer's power supply before purchasing to get the correct rated components.
