3D printing with abrasives such as carbon fiber, glow-in-the-dark PLA or even filled filaments such as Woodfill all take their toll on brass nozzles. E3D's Hardened Steel nozzles will resist wear and last a lifetime.
Requires a HotEnd modified with a Volcano. Compatible with the LulzBot Moarstruder.

Paying a little extra for a hardened, wear-resistant nozzle makes both practical and economic sense. By the time you've printed a single spool of abrasive filament you're saving money.
