Description
These suit 8mm lead screws or smooth-rods, and can be 'locked' in place anywhere along the shaft, using to the included set-screw.
This is handy if you need to fix a bearing at a particular distance along the shaft - fit it between two lock collars and it'll stay firmly in place, but still be able to turn freely.
Check the included images for a drawing of how these can be used along with our threaded rod plates to fix a leadscrew solidly in position.
